Pool Dads is a new pool service company serving Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and east Gilbert. We won't pad this page with fabricated five-star testimonials, and we won't buy reviews. Every review on this page — and on our Google Business Profile — is from a real Queen Creek customer.
Earning, not buying, our reviews
We won't fake them. We'll earn them.
Most pool service company review pages are stuffed with testimonials of mysterious origin. We took a different approach: this page only shows reviews left by actual paying customers, after at least one month of service.
Until those reviews accumulate, this page will look empty — on purpose. We're asking our first 25 weekly subscribers in Queen Creek to take a chance on a new local business, and giving them an extended 18-month rate lock and a waived startup fee in return. The deal: show up, do great work, ask for honest reviews after.

How we collect reviews
Asked once. Never paid for.

Service has to land first.
We don't ask for a review until at least two completed visits — one visit isn't enough data to fairly rate a pool service company. Our automated review request never fires on a first visit.

One text, 48 hours after a great visit.
If chemistry was on, photos look right, and no equipment was flagged, we send one short SMS asking how the tech did. If anything fell short, the message routes to Josh (the founder) instead — we'd rather fix a problem than chase a review.

No incentives, no review-gating.
We don't offer discounts, gift cards, or upgrades for reviews. We don't filter low-rated customers away from Google. That's against Google's terms, it's ethically wrong, and it produces fake-looking pages of identical five-stars that Google's spam team is increasingly good at catching.

Reply to every review within 24 hours.
Even the harsh ones, especially the harsh ones. The reply text is public — how a company handles negative feedback tells you more than how it handles praise.
