One-time service questions.
Do I need to be home?
We'd like you to be home for the first 5 minutes so the tech can walk the pool with you and confirm scope. After that, you're free to leave. Many jobs (acid wash, drain & refill, filter clean) take hours; some take a day or two.
How precise is the arrival window?
You pick a 2-hour window during the quote. The morning of, you'll get an SMS with the tech's name and a live ETA when they're rolling. The window is for the walkthrough, not the whole job.
What if I need something that isn't listed?
Text us at 480-900-1056 with a photo and we'll quote it directly. If it's something we do regularly, we'll add it to the catalog.
Can I switch to weekly later?
Yes — and one-time customers get the startup fee credited toward their first month of weekly service. Just say the word during the walkthrough.
Why pay online before the work is done?
Payment up front is what lets us book the slot and order parts / chemicals in advance — same model as a hotel deposit. If the scope changes during the walkthrough, we adjust the invoice on the spot, no awkward email back-and-forth.
