    Your assigned technician arrives within seven days of signup. The first visit includes the $99 startup service: full chemistry reset, filter clean, and a baseline pool inspection.

    Service report in your inbox.

    Within an hour of the visit, you get a full report — photos, water chemistry readings, tasks completed, and any equipment notes. Same format every week.

  4. Week 2+

    Weekly cadence, locked.

    Same day, same window, same technician — every week. Rate locked for 12 months. Cancel anytime; rate lock applies to pricing, not commitment.

Frequently asked questions.

What happens if my pool turns green between visits?

Submit a request through your account or text the service line. A service visit is dispatched within 24 hours. Green-pool recovery is included at no additional charge on Full Service and Full Service Plus.

Are chemicals included in the monthly price?

Yes. All standard chemicals are included in every plan — liquid chlorine, salt for the cell, conditioner, and balancing chemicals. No surcharges or material line items appear on your bill.

How do equipment repairs work?

Equipment inspection is included with every weekly visit. Repairs are quoted separately with photos and a written estimate delivered to your account. Full Service Plus subscribers receive priority repair scheduling.

What is the commitment period?

Service is month-to-month after the first visit. The 12-month rate lock applies to pricing only. Cancel at any time without penalty.

What is Monsoon Storm Coverage?

Monsoon Storm Coverage is a Full Service Plus benefit. After named monsoon storms in our service area, we cover post-storm debris cleanup at no extra charge — no callout fees, no per-bag debris rate. We also prioritize Plus subscribers with a 48-hour response window for storm-related service requests.

Can I pause service when I'm out of town?

Yes. Vacation pauses up to 30 days per calendar year are included on every plan. The pool still needs chemistry checks during summer, so longer pauses transition to chemical-only visits at a reduced rate — ask us when you submit the pause.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Pool Dads carries general liability coverage and works under Arizona's service-without-ROC framework for routine pool maintenance. Repairs that require licensed contractors are subcontracted to ROC-licensed partners and quoted separately.
